Glad Tidings helps businesses and organizations bring their ideas to life through website design, visual marketing materials, and social media support. Every engagement begins with a defined scope, clear deliverables, and transparent pricing.
Website Design
Custom website design and layout for businesses, events, and organizations. Available as a separately quoted project, with the pages, features, mobile layouts, and handoff requirements agreed before work begins.
Flyer and Promotional Design
Digital and print-ready flyers, event promotions, and other marketing materials. Each quote specifies the number of designs, sizes, and final file formats.
Social Media Content Design
Branded graphics, carousels, and campaign visuals, available as individual projects or defined content packages. Content creation does not automatically include account management, posting, or responding to messages.
Social Media Management
A separate monthly service with an agreed number of platforms, posts, and responsibilities. Scheduling, captions, community management, and reporting are included only when specified in the package. Websites and standalone design projects are quoted separately.

Share Your Brief
Tell me about your business, your goals, the deliverables you need, and your preferred deadline.

Receive Your Proposal
You'll receive a defined scope, fixed project fee, timeline, final file formats, and payment schedule. Ongoing social media management is quoted as its own monthly package.

Confirm Your Booking
Your booking is confirmed once the agreement is signed, the initial payment clears, and the required content and assets are supplied.

Design and Review
Unless your proposal states otherwise, each deliverable includes one initial concept and two consolidated revision rounds within the original brief.

Approve and Receive
After written approval and final payment, you'll receive the agreed files or website handoff. Your proposal specifies whether editable source files are included.

Continue With Support
New features, additional designs, and ongoing management are separately scoped. Website errors in the delivered work that fail to meet the agreed scope and are reported within 14 calendar days of handoff are corrected without charge; maintenance and later changes are separate.
Questions
How do we communicate?
Email is the main channel for briefs, feedback, and approvals. Calls are by appointment. Messages are acknowledged within two business days, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, excluding U.S. federal holidays and absences communicated in advance. Active projects receive a weekly status update.
How long does a project take?
Your proposal confirms the schedule. Typical first-draft estimates are 3–5 business days for a single flyer or social graphic, 5–7 for a carousel of up to five slides, 7–10 for a one-page website, and 15–20 for a website of up to five pages. These are first-draft estimates, not final delivery guarantees, and begin once the agreement, payment, and materials are in place.
Revision rounds generally take 2–3 business days for graphics and 3–5 for websites. Please send consolidated feedback within three business days. Delayed materials or approvals may move the schedule.
When is payment due?
Smaller projects generally require 50% upfront and 50% after final approval, before file release. Websites and larger projects generally follow 40% upfront, 30% at design approval, and 30% after final approval, before launch or handoff. Defined monthly social media packages are paid in advance. Your proposal confirms the selected schedule. Invoices are due within seven calendar days, and each payment must clear before its associated phase begins.
What if I need extra work?
Additional requests receive a separate fixed-price quote and revised timeline for written approval before work begins. Only the deliverables listed in your agreement are included.
Is social media management included with design projects?
No. Ongoing management is a separately defined monthly service. Website work, flyer design, content packages, and other standalone projects have their own scopes and fees.
Are there other costs?
Domains, hosting, subscriptions, stock assets, fonts, printing, and advertising spend are separate unless expressly included. Any reimbursable expense requires your approval first.
Will Glad Tidings be credited?
Yes. Final visual designs include discreet Glad Tidings branding, and websites include a linked footer credit. Any exception must be agreed in writing before booking.
How can we work together?
Choose a paid creative collaboration with Glad Tidings or a defined freelance project through the company. Responsibilities, deliverables, fees, and design credit are agreed in advance.
How are rights and cancellations handled?
Your agreement explains ownership, third-party licensing, cancellations, and refunds. Final custom work is handed over after full payment, with any source-file inclusions specified in your proposal.
